How Do Property Auctions Work?

Existing LSH Property Auctions customers can use their current login details
Register to bid
Registration requires details of the bidder, purchaser and solicitor. You will also need to upload a copy of the bidder’s photo ID and proof of address (dated within 3 months)
Terms & Conditions
Read the T&Cs carefully and click the boxes on the right-hand side to accept each of them
Bidder authorisation
Once you have completed the above steps, the auctioneer will review your registration. You will receive an email once your registration has been approved
Payment of bidder security
Based on the value of the property, you’ll be asked to provide a bidder deposit payment. This payment will be taken on a preauthorised basis, meaning LSH Property Auctions only captures the funds in the event you’re the successful bidder
Selecting your lots
At this stage you can select the lots that you wish to bid on
Bidding
Once your registration application has been authorised and the bidding period opens, you're free to place bids on your approved lot
