We have been running online auctions since 2016 when we moved away from traditional ballroom auctions. The reason for the switch was to ensure greater reach and consequently better pricing for our sales and, also, to improve the flexibility of the process. We carried out the UKs first online commercial property sale and this placed us in an excellent position to continue sales throughout the pandemic and beyond.

Register to Bid

Registration requires details of the bidder, purchaser and solicitor. You will also need to upload a copy of the bidder’s photo ID and proof of address (dated within 3 months)

Selecting Your Lots

At this stage you can select the lots that you wish to bid on

Payment of Bidder

Based on the value of the property, you’ll be asked to provide a bidder deposit payment. This payment will be taken on a preauthorised basis, meaning LSH Property Auctions only captures the funds in the event you’re the successful bidder

Bidder Authorisation

Once you have completed the above steps, the auctioneer will review your registration. You will receive an email once your registration has been approved
