Planning
We have been provided with a Pre Application Response dated January 2024 from Walsall Council Planning and Building Control Development Management Department which has confirmed the following:
The site offers potential for residential development of approximately 8 dwellings (subject to planning), benefiting from strong demand and the presumption in favour of sustainable development due to the Council’s housing shortfall.
This represents an attractive opportunity for developers to deliver new homes in a well-connected location close to local amenities and transport links.
