There have been some questions surrounding the property listed on the searches in the auction pack.

The searches relating to the auction Property list the property address as “5 Whittingham Road”. This is an adjacent property to the auction Property; however, please note that the searches are for the correct site.
The reason for this discrepancy is that the Property does not have a standard name, and the closest Property with a standard name is 5 Whittingham Road. Contained within the search reports are plans of the area that has been searched, and these plans all correctly identify the Property as the search area.

We can confirm that the plans on the searches correctly identify the auction site and that the search area is correct. As such, this is not an issue of reporting inaccuracy.

The located is located in Yealmpton, which is a village and civil parish in Devon. It is located in the South Hams on the A379 Plymouth to Kingsbridge road and is about 8 miles from Plymouth. The population of this ward in 2011 was 2,049.
